Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

KKR is seeking a dedicated and reliable Remote Operations Associate to join our team in New York City, New York. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure smooth and efficient remote operations- Assist in project management tasks, including organizing and tracking project timelines and milestones- Work closely with team members to provide support and ensure project deadlines are met- Help maintain and update documentation related to operational procedures- Assist in identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on project goals and progress- Support the team in various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred- Strong project management skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment- Excellent communication and organizational skills- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and project management tools- Must be reliable and dedicated to meeting project deadlines- Equal opportunity employer
