Remote Live Chat Officer

Job Description:Old Republic International is looking for a part-time Remote Live Chat Officer to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As an Entry Level Remote Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing support to customers through live chat channels. Your main goal will be to assist customers with inquiries, provide solutions to problems, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through live chat- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services- Provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers- Assist with order processing, returns, and exchanges- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved- Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- 1 year of customer service experience- Confident and motivated personality- Strong problem-solving skills- Negotiation skills- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks- Proficiency in using live chat software and customer service tools- High school diploma or equivalent
