Responsibilities
• Provide free mental health sessions to youth as part of a new mental health initiative• Participate in crisis management and make referrals• Counsel youth individually for up to 6 consecutive sessions• Experience working with culturally diverse populations• Have a professional space for in-person counseling sessions• Exceptional communication skills• Passion and talent for building relationships• Ability to provide services in a language other than English• Ability to accept insurance (preferred but not required)
Requirements
• Meet at least one of the listed licensed qualifications and provide a copy of the license(s)• Residence in the state of Colorado preferred• Willingness to cross-license in Colorado if necessary• Minimum of 15 hours of availability per week• Ability to participate in crisis management• Ability to counsel youth individually• Experience working with culturally diverse populations• Have a professional, dedicated space for in-person counseling sessions• Exceptional communication skills• Passion and talent for building relationships
