Job Description:
Sealed Air is seeking a Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. We are looking for someone who is adaptable and driven, with excellent presentation skills and a keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner3. Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services4. Work closely with other team members to maintain a high level of customer service5. Document customer interactions and update customer profiles in the system6. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns7. Stay up-to-date on product information and industry trends to better assist customers
Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software5. Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends or evenings as needed
