Remote Customer Support Representative

We are currently seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team at Starwood Hotels & Resorts in Phoenix, Arizona. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:- Providing exceptional customer service to guests via phone, email, and chat- Resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner- Handling reservations, cancellations, and changes to bookings- Assisting with general inquiries about hotel amenities, policies, and procedures- Working with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Keeping up to date with product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:- Reliable and independent work ethic- Strong problem-solving skills- Ability to effectively manage customer relationships- Excellent communication skills- Proficiency in using customer support software and Microsoft Office- High school diploma or equivalent- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
