Job Description:

Snowflake is seeking a motivated and experienced Remote Customer Support Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer support and a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues- Proactively identify and address customer needs to ensure high levels of satisfaction- Document and track customer interactions to ensure accurate and timely resolution of issues- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex customer needs and escalations- Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and procedures- Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to customer satisfaction and resolution times

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Energetic and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong passion for customer service- Experience with people management and strategic planning- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software systems
