Job Description:

JUUL Labs is seeking a part-time Remote Customer Support Officer to join our dynamic team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer support role and possess the confidence and hardworking attitude necessary to excel in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat channels- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues in a timely manner- Maintain accurate records of interactions and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams- Deliver presentations and training sessions to educate customers on product features and best practices- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Assist with special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in a customer support role- Confidence and a strong work ethic- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to think critically and adapt to a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Availability to work remotely and collaborate with a virtual team- A background in presentation or training is preferred
