Remote Customer Support Manager

Job Description:

Textron is seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer support representatives- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure high quality customer service delivery- Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed- Lead training sessions for new team members and provide ongoing training and development for existing team members- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
