Job Description:We are seeking a Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team at EMCOR Group in Jacksonville, Florida. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Support Manager will be responsible for managing a team of customer support representatives who provide exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a candidate with at least 5 years of experience in customer support roles and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service delivery- Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate support efforts and improve overall customer experience- Train new team members on customer support policies and procedures- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support

Requirements:- 5 years of experience in customer support roles- Confident and adaptable personality traits- Strong leadership and communication skills- Creativity and attention to detail- Proficiency in customer support software and tools- Ability to work remotely and manage a virtual team effectively
