Job Description:

New York Life Insurance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in customer support or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance overall customer satisfaction and retention rates.3. Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.4. Provide ongoing training and support to customer support representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer issues and improve overall customer experience.7. Develop and implement customer support policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency.8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to ensure the team is delivering cutting-edge service.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer support or a related field.3. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a remote team.4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Dedicated and hardworking with a strong commitment to customer service.7. Proven problem-solving and negotiation skills.8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.
