Assurant is currently seeking a part-time Remote Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. As an Associate Level role, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. The ideal candidate will be motivated, confident, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities:- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance and support to ensure their satisfaction with our products or services.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.- Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure their needs are being met and address any concerns they may have.- Serve as a brand ambassador, promoting Assurant's products and services to customers.

Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other tools used to track customer interactions.
