Job Description:We are looking for a passionate and driven Remote Customer Success Associate to join our team at Netskope. As a leading cybersecurity company based in San Jose, California, we are dedicated to helping businesses secure their digital environments and protect sensitive data. This is a part-time Associate Level position with a requirement of at least 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and online chat- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and escalate when necessary- Assist in onboarding new customers and training them on how to effectively utilize our products- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services- Gather feedback from customers to contribute to product improvements and enhancements

Requirements:- 3 years of experience in a customer success or customer service role- Passionate about helping customers succeed and achieve their goals- Driven to exceed customer expectations and deliver exceptional service- Adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations and resolve issues effectively- Strong strategic planning skills to identify opportunities for customer growth and retention
