Phone contact with policyholders and interested third parties. Processing policyholder requests from correspondence, phone calls and emails. Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information. Required (18+)
Genuine enthusiasm for helping clients and their families secure the protection they need through life insurance. Excel in communication, showcasing active listening and effective problem-solving abilities are essential for effectively explaining complex insurance concepts and building rapport with clients. Ability to empathize with clients' unique circumstances and demonstrate compassion and sensitivity in addressing their insurance needs. Embrace a continuous learning mindset, readily adapting and adjusting to new situations. Thrive both in collaborative team environments and as an independent contributor. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate completion of paperwork and documentation. Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in the insurance industry, is preferred but not required. Proficiency in using computers, internet-based applications, and digital communication tools for remote work. Capable of working independently and managing time effectively in a remote work environment. Possess an unwavering work ethic and an indomitable drive to succeed.
