Business Generation: Actively explore new business opportunities through cold calls, referrals, and in-office visits. Policy Updates: Keep customers informed of changes or updates to their policies, ensuring transparency and clarity. Requirements: Customer Service Experience : 2 years of customer service experience is required. Sales Experience: An additional 2 years of sales experience is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Insurance Industry Knowledge: A current understanding of the insurance industry is a plus.
