Plains GP Holdings is seeking a Remote Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As a full-time position at the Associate level, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer problems- Identify opportunities for improvement in customer service processes and systems
Requirements:- Resilient and able to work independently in a remote environment- Strong critical thinking skills to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions- Excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
