Expeditors International of Washington is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a part-time Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues over phone, email, or chat- Process orders, track shipments, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery- Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized support- Collaborate with team members to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction- Utilize company systems and resources to accurately document interactions and maintain customer records
Requirements:- Hardworking and adaptable individual with a positive attitude- Strong teamwork and communication skills- Previous experience in customer service or related field- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
