Job Description:

Dana Holding is seeking a dedicated and confident Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer care management, you will be responsible for overseeing our remote customer service operations and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention- Manage and lead a team of remote customer care representatives- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer care issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives- Leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives- Provide regular reporting and updates to senior management on customer care performance- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in customer care management

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field- 6+ years of experience in customer care management, preferably in a remote setting- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong leadership and team management abilities- Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention- Ability to think creatively and problem solve in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in CRM software and other customer care tools- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
