Job Description:
CSX is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time entry-level position perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.
Responsibilities:- Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Assisting customers with product information, pricing, and order placement- Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction- Providing technical support for customers experiencing difficulties with products or services- Updating customer accounts and maintaining accurate records of interactions- Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience
Requirements:- Adaptability and resourcefulness in handling diverse customer interactions- Strong planning and critical thinking skills to effectively solve customer problems- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
