Job Description:

As a Remote Contact Center Manager at Voya Financial, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our remote contact center in Los Angeles, California. This part-time position requires a highly experienced individual with at least 7 years of related experience in contact center management.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction- Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center operations and performance- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management- Conduct regular training sessions for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner- Collaborate with other departments to drive overall business objectives- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in contact center management- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment for team members

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field- Proven experience in contact center management, preferably in a remote setting- Strong leadership and communication skills- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities- Energetic and adaptable personality traits- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contact center software- Presentation skills and ability to analyze data effectively- Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
