Qualtrics, a leading experience management company, is seeking a part-time Remote Client Service Representative to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in customer service.

Responsibilities:- Manage client inquiries via phone, email, and chat to ensure timely and accurate responses- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions- Collaborate with sales and product teams to address client concerns and escalate issues as needed- Stay up-to-date on company products and services to effectively educate clients on available offerings- Document client interactions and feedback to improve overall client experience
Requirements:- 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software- Bachelor's degree preferred
