Remote Client Service Assistant

Job Description:We are seeking a confident and driven Remote Client Service Assistant to join our team at Phillips 66 in San Diego, California. As an Entry Level position, this part-time role requires at least 1 year of experience in client service or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills to effectively communicate with clients and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service to clients through phone, email, and chat communication- Assist clients with questions, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with team members to ensure client satisfaction and retention- Identify opportunities for improvement in client service processes
