Remote Client Relations Officer

Job Description:

Constellation Brands is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Client Relations Officer to join our team in San Francisco, California. As a part-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a related field. This role requires a reliable and driven individual who possesses excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and follow-up- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and issues- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products or services to existing clients- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client needs and expectations are met- Develop and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention- Monitor client feedback and satisfaction levels, making adjustments as needed- Track and report on key performance indicators related to client relations

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field- Minimum of 4 years of experience in client relations or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong organizational and time management abilities- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and remotely- Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
