Job Description:

Goldman Sachs Group is seeking a Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level position, we require a candidate with at least 4 years of experience in a similar role. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing chat support to clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to chat inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.2. Provide accurate information and assistance to clients regarding our products and services.3. Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate to the appropriate team when necessary.4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.5. Keep detailed records of client interactions and follow-up as needed.6. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.

Requirements:1. Hardworking and resourceful individual with strong decision-making skills.2. Excellent people management skills and the ability to work well under pressure.3. At least 4 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment.4. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.6. Proficiency in chat support software and Microsoft Office Suite.
