Remote Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a dedicated and driven Remote Chat Support Representative to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities:- Provide excellent customer service through chat support, resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally- Conduct research to find solutions to customer problems, escalating complex issues as needed- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude in all interactions with customers- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement- Meet or exceed performance targets for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:- Strong communication skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively- Proficiency in computer applications and software- Experience in customer service or related field- Cooperative attitude working in a team environment- Research skills to find solutions to customer issues- Ability to work remotely and independently- High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
