Job Description:
We are looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team at CHS in Los Angeles, California. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and efficiently.3. Provide accurate information and solutions to customers.4. Document all interactions and follow-up with customers as needed.5. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.6. Meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.7. Maintain a positive attitude and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
