Job Description:
Dollar General is seeking a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in a call center environment. The successful candidate will be resourceful, dedicated, and possess excellent presentation and analysis skills.
Responsibilities:- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding product inquiries, orders, and general assistance- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues efficiently and effectively- Utilize various systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics and goals- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
Requirements:- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
