Job Description:

Honeywell International is seeking a Remote Call Center Manager to join our team in Fort Worth, Texas. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with 7 years of experience in a call center management role at a mid-to-senior level.

Responsibilities:- Oversee and manage a team of remote call center agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide exceptional customer service.- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center operations and efficiency.- Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.- Train and mentor call center agents, providing guidance and support as needed.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:- 7 years of experience in call center management.- Resourceful and resilient personality traits.- Strong project management skills.- Creativity in problem-solving and process improvement.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
