Discovery Communications is seeking a part-time Remote Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. As an Entry Level role, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience who is independent, driven, and possesses strong negotiation and attention to detail skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to remote team members- Schedule meetings and appointments- Manage calendars and travel arrangements- Assist in preparing documents and reports- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- Coordinate and track projects and tasks- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records- Assist in onboarding new team members- Handle any other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:- 1 year of administrative experience preferred- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong negotiation and attention to detail skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with virtual communication tools (e.g. Zoom, Slack)- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
