Job Description:
Zoom is seeking a Remote Account Support Specialist to join our team in Houston, Texas on a part-time basis at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account support roles and possess strong interpersonal skills. The Remote Account Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with Zoom's products and services.
Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and chat- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex matters when necessary- Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and promote additional products or services- Assist in onboarding new clients, providing training and guidance on how to best utilize Zoom's platform- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and feedback in our CRM system- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide informed support and recommendations to clients
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field- 2+ years of experience in account support roles- Hardworking and resourceful individual with strong problem-solving skills- Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust priorities as needed- Proficient in strategic planning and proactive in identifying opportunities for growth- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment is a plus
