CenterPoint Energy is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Remote Account Support Officer in San Antonio, Texas. This part-time position is perfect for entry-level candidates looking to gain valuable experience in the energy industry.
Responsibilities:- Provide support to account managers in managing client portfolios- Assist with customer inquiries, issue resolution, and account maintenance- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction- Conduct regular account reviews and performance analysis- Assist with data entry and database management- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices- Perform administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- 1 year of experience in a customer service or account management role- Energetic and resilient personality- Strong adaptability and negotiation skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Experience with CRM software is a plus
