Job Description:

Baxalta is seeking a reliable and resourceful Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This part-time, entry-level position offers opportunities for professional development and growth in a dynamic work environment. As a Remote Account Support Assistant, you will play a key role in providing assistance to our account management team and ensuring client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:- Assist account managers with administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation- Communicate with clients via email and phone to address inquiries and provide support- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services- Assist in tracking client account activity and maintaining accurate records- Coordinate meetings and appointments for account managers as needed- Support account managers in managing client relationships and handling any issues that may arise

Requirements:- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts professionally- Highly organized with great attention to detail- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)- Previous experience in customer service or account management is a plus, but not required
