Job Description : As a Release Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing the release processes of our software products/applications. You will work closely with development, quality assurance, operations, and product management teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery of software releases. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the end-to-end release lifecycle, from planning and scheduling to deployment and post-release activities. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and reliability of our release management practices.
Key Responsibilities: •Oversees the planning, coordination, and execution of software/application releases & deployments
•Partner with DevOps/Release Engineer to ensure release readiness, develop release checklists, and ensure quality
•Identify process opportunities and best practices to enhance the release process
•Work closely with development teams, QA, products owners/business analysts and program management to ensure timely releases
•Manage the release calendar and schedule and drive day-to-day processes to deliver on- time
•Communicate with key stakeholders throughout the release process
Experience:
•Bachelor's degree in relevant field or Associate's degree with relevant experience
•3-5 years of prior release and/or technical project management experience
•3-5 years of experience in IT and/or software development settings
•Advanced knowledge of SDLC
•Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally
•Ideally experience with Atlassian tools, GitLab, AWS, or similar
•Relevant certifications a plus, but not required
•Health Care domin experience is mandatory

Pay: $37.81 - $45.53 per hour
