As a Relationship Executive on the Healthcare Services, Middle Market Banking team, you will be responsible for growing and retaining profitable relationships within the Middle Market Banking & Specialized Industries specializing in Healthcare Services.
The Healthcare Services team is part of J.P. Morgan's Commercial Bank in its Middle Market Banking and Specialized Industries group. In this role you will be the focal point of client acquisition and ongoing relationships with the world's most innovative companies. We work both independently and as part of a dynamic team to deliver the entire firm to our clients. Job Responsibilities Demonstrate the ability to build a brand within your market that represents the Healthcare Services team as the "Leading Middle Market bank serving the best and most diverse clients" Develop new business in your market by acquiring new relationships, evaluating credit opportunities, deepening existing relationships by delivering the entire Firm Lead internal strategic discussions with partners across all our solutions including Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Risk Management, and Payments Champion a culture of innovation and a customer centric mindset balanced with the ability to manage risk (credit, operational, and reputational) appropriately Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills 10+ years of related experience Credit experience with investor backed companies Strong understanding of Commercial Banking products and services Excellent sales management and business development skills Proficiency in building and maintaining positive client relationships Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with senior business and control partners Ability to leverage established relationships within venture capital ecosystem to drive new business Self-directed, proactive, and creative; uses sound judgment and navigates ambiguity to get things done Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills Bachelor's degree and formal credit training preferred Experience working with Capital Markets and Investment Banking products/services Willing to be FINRA licensed (SIE, Series 79, Series 63)
