Registered Nurse Substitute

Responsibilities would include, but are not limited to: providing care according to an Individual Education Plan, ongoing respiratory assessments and need for appropriate intervention, providing g-tube feedings, medication administration, documentation, and communication with physicians, district nursing staff, school staff, and family. This position would be for one medically fragile high school student.
Applicant Requirements:
Active Wisconsin RN license
Willingness to attend medical trainings as needed
Current CPR certification preferred
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
Pediatric trach and vent certification preferred
G-tube experience preferred
