Responsibilities
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans• Continuously monitor patients' cardiac status using telemetry equipment• Care for patients with arrhythmias and provide prompt intervention• Provide comprehensive care for patients with congestive heart failure• Attend to patients post-cardiovascular lab procedures• Care for patients recovering from open-heart surgery• Administer medications and monitor effectiveness• Perform other assigned duties
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of experience• Active Washington State RN License• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)• Two professional references required• Strong communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work well in a fast-paced hospital environment• Successfully complete and pass a background check and drug test
