Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care to infant through geriatric patient populations• Address psychosocial, physical, and general aspects of care in the surgical environment• Communicate with surgeon and anesthesiologist about patient condition• Assist with maintenance of surgical equipment and pain management inventory• Participate in performance improvement activities• Assess operating room/procedure room for equipment functioning and readiness• Obtain supplies for individual cases• Monitor, position, and assist patient during procedure
Requirements
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Nevada• Previous experience in outpatient PAUC setting or acute care PACU preferred• Current BLS certification• Current ACLS certification
