Registered Nurse Clinical Field Staff Supervisor

Qualifications: Required: Associate degree or higher 2+ years of experience in RN Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) license in Kansas (KS) and Missouri (MO) Preferred: 1+ years of experience in Clinical Management KS & MO RN License Numbers Key Responsibilities: Provide supervision and direction for field staff, acting as a liaison between field and office staff Manage the Clinical Field Staff, assigning tasks, setting objectives, and establishing clear measurables for monitoring results Foster a motivating work environment to develop and engage Clinical Field Staff, recognizing and rewarding strong performance Monitor clinicians via HCHB reports and update Clinical Record accordingly Address customer concerns, including documentation and resolution, and communicate with sales personnel regarding customer issues affecting referral source relationships Evaluate client episodes to determine appropriateness of discharges versus recertification and initiate orders as appropriate Review staff schedules to ensure productivity, communicate with PSC of staff availability, and provide Clinical Manager with projected productivity for staff weekly Schedule and Shift Details: Work schedule and shift expectations will be provided during the interview process.
