Minimum of a High School Diploma (or equivalent). However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration. Have a passion for creating change in the lives of children and their families. Strong desire to serve children with autism and other developmental delays Use your communication skills and personality to connect with children and their families. RESPONSIBILITIES Provide hands-on treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders in a 1:1 ratio Utilize principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to teach impactful skills such as: communication skills, social skills, daily living skills Implement treatment plan and behavior intervention plans developed by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Collect data utilizing latest technological programs Provide updates on progress through written and verbal communication Communicate well with team members and supervisors WHO WE ARE Since the creation of Kids SPOT over 15 years ago , we have been proud to be a top provider of pediatric therapy services for children from birth to age 21 in Florida, Texas, North Carolina and Virginia.
