If so, we want to hear from you! NHS Management of Arkansas is seeking a qualified and experienced Regional Nurse Consultant to join our team and oversee our facilities across Arkansas. In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting our staff and ensuring the highest quality care for our residents.
Responsibilities: Provide expert advice and oversight to facility management and staff on clinical best practices, regulatory compliance, and quality improvement initiatives. Conduct on-site visits to assess operations, identify areas for improvement, and develop corrective action plans. Ensure facilities are in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, including conducting mock surveys. Monitor and analyze clinical data to identify trends and implement quality improvement initiatives. Provide education and training to facility staff on a variety of topics related to nursing practice and resident care. Collaborate with regional and corporate teams to ensure consistent implementation of company policies and procedures. Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Arkansas. Minimum of 5 years of experience in long-term care nursing, with a focus on clinical operations and regulatory compliance. Strong understanding of federal and state regulations governing long-term care facilities. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to travel throughout the state of Arkansas. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. We Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package.
