We are seeking a highly motivated and high-volume experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent management and possess excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Responsibilities: Utilize various recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks Conduct thorough screening and interviewing processes to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing regular updates on the status of their application Develop and implement training programs for hiring managers to enhance their recruitment skills Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process Experience: Proven experience as a Recruiter (2 years experience) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as ADP Strong understanding of talent management principles and practices Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers Experience recruiting within the transportation industry is a plus** We offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
