The Recruiter provides recruiting support and oversight to Acadia's Comprehensive Treatment Centers (CTC) Division. Acadia's CTC Division operates over 150 outpatient addiction recovery centers across the U.S. for patients in treatment for opioid use disorder. Acadia's CTCs are the leading provider of medication assisted treatment in the nation, servicing over 65,000 patients per day. Your Job as a CTC Recruiter: R esponsibilities include sourcing, screening, and interviewing applicants for employment in a high-volume setting. Recruiters serve as a resource and partner with the hiring managers, HR Business Partners, Division Executives, and key stakeholders with recruitment needs within the division. Recruiters participate in the development of talent acquisition strategies and process improvements to support recruitment functions. The recruiters for the CTC group have a passion for identifying excellent talent, engaging candidates, and building a first-class recruiting operation.

Your Responsibilities as a CTC Recruiter: Responsible for recruitment of high volume and/or professional positions for CTC Division Sourcing passive candidates on various sourcing platforms Managing hiring manager relationships and staying informed of clinic recruitment needs Develop robust candidate pools for clinical and non-clinical positions Consistent i nteract ion with all levels of leadership Tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information May perform special projects Managing daily information/candidate data tracking Providing information to candidates, as needed Attend career fairs/conferences, as needed Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction Your Skills and Experience as a CTC Recruiter: Proven experience successfully managing customer's needs Strong Microsoft Outlook skills and literacy in Outlook, Excel , and Word. Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Experience working with a Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) Must be able to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously within inflexible time frames; ability to adapt to frequent priority changes. Strong written and verbal communication Ability to prioritize and plan in a fast-paced setting Account management and hiring manager relationship building is a mus t Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external with a customer-oriented attitude. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail. Strong sense of urgency Ability to collaborate effectively with others Ability to manage a large workload in a timely manner Familiarity in working with tight deadlines Requirements as a CTC Recruiter: Undergraduate degree preferred Previous recruiting experience (1-5 years) , clinical or healthcare recruiting a big plus Previous ATS experience; prior knowledge of iCIMS a plus Previous experience sourcing candidates and knowledge of sourcing best practices, including Indeed and LinkedIn
