Overview: Receives all customers, answers questions and gives information based on knowledge of departmental policies and procedures. Answers telephone, directs messages accordingly, may schedule outpatient examinations. Performs clerical front desk duties as well as all film file room functions. Responsibilities: Performs all necessary duties related to the reception area. Performs all duties related to the film file room. Performs all computer functions associated with scheduling patient exams. Performs related Radiology tasks throughout the hospital. Qualifications: Other High School Diploma, GED, or must obtain GED within 12 months of hire date and No Experience necessary / On-the-Job Training Due to the specific and technical nature of dealing with CMH customers, most of the training is on the job and requires good technical skills. Starting Pay: Our pay ranges are market competitive. The pay range for this job begins at $17.88/hr, but your offer will be determined based on your education and experience. Remote Work/Work from Home: This position is not eligible work remotely, which means that the person hired will be required to work onsite at one of our Children's Mercy locations and may not work from home.
