RECEPTIONIST IN SPOKANE, WA Volt is immediately hiring for a Receptionist in Spokane, WA . As a Receptionist, you will be: · Responsible for answering and transferring incoming calls pleasantly and professionally.
· Responsible for directing calls to the appropriate associate or department, take a message or transfer to the appropriate associate's voicemail when necessary.
· Responsible for greeting visitors.
· Responsible for alerting associates when they have a visitor.
· Responsible for accepting incoming deliveries.
· Responsible for assisting in answering customer questions.
· Responsible for assuring appropriate coverage of phones when away from desk.
· Responsible for Data entry
This is a Full-time , contract opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have: · A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school degree combined with previous administrative experience will be considered.
· Customer service skills
· Phone skills.
· Ability to handle multi-line phone system.
· Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
· Minimum clerical skills (basic typing and computer skills)
· Ability to interact with management.
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
