Responsibilities
• Greet and assist visitors at the front desk of the facility• Answer incoming calls and handle inquiries• Notifying Administration of service requests• Address customers in a courteous, friendly manner• Assist customers with their requests• File documents, draft letters, and sort mail• Read and update patient charts using medical terminology• Maintain attention to detail and organization• Provide customer-service oriented support• Possibly perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Strong knowledge of medical terminology• Attention to detail and organizational skills• Customer-service oriented mindset• Ability to handle visitor inquiries and requests• Proficient in answering phone calls• Good communication and interpersonal skills• Ability to work in a dynamic environment• Resourceful in overcoming obstacles• Inventive problem solver
