Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and positive manner• Manage customer flow and ensure excellent customer service• Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary• Promote alteration services and personalization options• Maintain store standards and participate in inventory management procedures• Process transactions accurately and assist with sales promotions
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years prior retail experience• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to adapt to different customer styles and resolve conflicts• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
