The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role in executing strategic marketing initiatives that elevate our brand and engage our target audience. From coordinating digital marketing campaigns, creating collateral for new listings, to initiating scheduled touchpoints with the team's sphere of influence - you'll be a pivotal player in both our creative marketing endeavors and our essential administrative operations.Responsibilities:• Curate and maintain a library of resources for various marketing materials, ensuring a cohesive and upscale look across all collateral, including listing presentations, templated flyers, etc.• Develop and deploy successful marketing campaigns from implementation ideation to execution to analysis.• Create and manage social media plans, postings, and communication. Content channels include Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.• Coordinate and manage online ads, print ads, and PR opportunities.• Prepare all listings to hit the market in a timely manner, tasks will include creating compelling public remarks, reviewing photography, putting together effective e-blasts, etc.• Assist in creating and executing yearly marketing initiatives and client nurturing plans, including monthly birthday cards, email newsletters, events, etc.• Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals, make recommendations for improvement NOTE: The job responsibilities listed are general tasks you can anticipate.
