Rd Shift Production Worker

3rd shift : Mon - Thurs 8 PM -6:30 AM 
OT Friday & Sat  Pay $20.95/hr + $2/hr Shift Differential

Production team members work as part of an assembly team performing multiple assembly duties for the construction of windows and doors. The laborer is assigned to a team and tasks will vary based on business necessity.
Why Pella? Paid holidays and vacation. Medical and dental coverage. 3rd shift- 40 hours (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 8:00 pm – 6:30 am). Team members receive (2) 10-minute paid breaks and (1) 30-minute unpaid break. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Learn and perform repetitive job tasks. Potentially rotate to a new task with varying physical requirements for each task. Cross-trained in different areas. Operate equipment/tools that require close control, adjustment, following production orders. Regular, dependable attendance. Comply with safety, quality, and production standards requirements. REQUIREMENTS: Pass pre-employment tests. Being able to lift repetitively 80-100 lbs. Work in a team environment with the ability to communicate in a concise, polite, and respectful manner.
