The Rapid Deployment Recruiter plays a crucial role in all recruitment aspects of hourly positions for new locations or surge hiring needs throughout Minnesota. This entails devising sourcing and marketing strategies and overseeing all recruitment tasks to fulfill the hiring requirements of startups or surges. Additionally, active participation in hiring events is expected.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with operations and HR representatives to assess hiring needs
Develop sourcing strategies and coordinate recruitment tasks to meet startup or surge hiring demands
Devise marketing and sourcing tactics to fulfill hiring requirements
Manage postings for designated locations and monitor throughout the hiring process
Review applications and resumes for job fit
Conduct interviews and select qualified candidates
Conduct references, prepare offer letters, and assist with onboarding
Participate in job fairs and community networking events related to hiring needs
Generate a high-volume candidate pipeline for specific deadlines
Lead recruitment coordination efforts in partnership with operations and HR
Provide regular recruiting reports and analytics to operations teams for hiring updates
Qualifications:
Experience in seasonal recruiting for hourly employees in a high-volume setting
1-3 years of Recruiting experience, preferably in hospitality, retail, staffing, or logistics
Project management or coordination experience
Successful track record in organizing bulk hiring events
ATS experience mandatory
Proficiency in utilizing job boards/resume databases like Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, etc.
Skills Critical for Success:
Collaborate with operations and HR to forecast and prepare candidate pipelines for upcoming or emergency placements
Build talent pools by employing diverse sourcing strategies in anticipation of scheduled hiring dates
Strong project coordination skills to translate deadlines into actionable goals
Effective presentation skills and the ability to engage with groups of managers
Demonstrates flexibility, adaptability, and thrives in dynamic environments
Critical thinking abilities, making choices aligned with strategy and company values
Self-motivated, results-driven, and committed to continuous improvement
Excellent written and verbal communication, adept at delivering compelling messages to potential candidates
