Responsibilities
• Fill truck with water/chemical mix.• Perform minor weed eating and chainsaw work.• Spray railroad crossings according to contract specifications.• Drive truck and spray 8 to 10 crossings per day.• Perform paperwork required for the job at the end of the day.• Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.• Commercial Pesticide Applicator's License preferred.• Valid driver's license with at least 3 years of clean driving.• Pass pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and federal background check.• Willingness to travel a minimum of 4-6 weeks at a time.• Basic understanding of chemicals, safety requirements, application methods, and equipment.• Basic understanding of calibration and spray patterns.• Basic computer skills required.
