As a Quick Lane Advisor, You Will:
Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner and perform walk through on vehicles
Customer Communication: Let customers know wait times, communicate the nature of the mechanical issues, provide estimates of labor and parts; contact customers for approval of services
Keep service manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving repairs and equipment
Deliver vehicle to customer and explain service performed and answer any questions
Refer any leads and prospects to sales departments

What You Bring:
At least 18 with a valid Driver's License and a clean driving record
Preferred to have 2 years of customer service experience
